Agenda

The purpose of the workshop is to identify issues surrounding concerns about the future science workforce, focusing on diversity, opportunity and training in the sciences for women and members of ethnic minorities. This is with the intention of identifying what we already know about the difficulties in this area, what constitutes the main gaps in our understanding of this area, and finally to agree on two or three key research questions that can be adequately addressed with the support of a small grant of c £45k.
