ICWES13, The International Conference of Women Engineers and Scientists, is a dynamic international conference for women engineers, scientists and researchers under the theme of "Women Engineers and Scientists: Main Force to Reshape the Future World". It provides an opportunity for all participants to interact, exchange thoughts, ideas, and information that are pertinent to the issues for women in these fields.

Agenda
The conference expects to have great participation with special sessions on mentorship and leadership and other informative technical sessions. Notably, Vice President Irene Aegerter of the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences, also a Member of the Federal Commission on Nuclear Safety and Dr. Rita Colwell of the University of Maryland, the Former Director of National Science Foundation (NFS), are but a few of the many prominent women scientists who will be attending the ICWES13. We hope that this conference will become an international contact point for women scientists and engineers in the engineering and science sector worldwide

The conference will be held from Friday, August 26, to Monday, August 29, 2005, in Seoul, Korea
